You heal 40% health on activation and you can heal more by killing enemies. When downed, activate the throwable to go into a "swan song-esque" state which lasts until the throwable ends. Pop one out in the open, have godmode for 10 seconds, have a Leech injector ready as soon as the 10 seconds period is over cause you kill so much and so fast. You also heal your teammates so the build goes to a different level. Massacres pretty great. Just try Akimbo SMGs. Namely Krinkovs/CR 805b. But if you really value First aid kits over ammo bags for aggressively destroying an entire swat team alone, Akimbo Ak Gen 21s are hilariously ammo efficient for Akimbo Smgs, granted you have trigger discipline and maxed out accuracy.
