(I-485 and I-765 going into active review right after the biometrics appointment), I did receive an I-485 RFE for the medical exam on January 11th 2024, which they then received my response to on January 31st 2024.We filed our i130 spousal (Nebraska) in middle of January 2021 and got our NOA1 the same day.
