2024 I received a netspend card in the mail

Has anyone else received this item in the mail from Amazon and is it part of a scam?. Navyist reward credit card

Pretty much what the title says. In two days, we have received two envelopes in the mail that appear to be Netspend cards. They have my address, but the name they are addressed to is a name that does not live here. We have lived at this address for over 20 years and have never received mail for this name (different first and last name from ours).I received my Netspend Visa card via mail last year and did research on the company.
