I got 145 questions on nclex - NCLEX ended at 145 questions - what are the chances I passed? QUESTION. This is my third attempt after 18 months out of school. I just googled 4 of the questions I remember and I realized I got each of them wrong. I have already failed this exam twice at 75 questions so going up to 145 now makes me feel more hopeful. I got my head up, changed my strategy from (uworld to kaplan), and made sure I understood what the questions was really asking me, and I read every rationale. What worked for me might not work for you but you have to find what makes you more comfortable when studying for the NCLEX-RN. My grades on kaplan were around 50-60's. Predictor 61%.. I know that you can pass whether you have 75 questions, 150 questions, or 265 questions. In order to pass, the computer will stop when it has determined with 95 % accuracy that you have demonstrated minimum nursing competency-the level with which you need to get to to pass.I just took my NCLEX (first-timer) about 2 hours ago and had all 145 questions. I decided to ease my nerves by using the Pearson Vue Trick and received the "good pop-up". Can anyone tell me if this method of viewing results early is accurate? I plan on paying for my quick results in 48 hours from now - just to be sure. UPDATE: I passed!!!So I took my NCLEX yesterday at 1pm. I was the unfortunate person who got all 145 questions. I was honestly in disbelief and when I got to question 130 I knew I was taking the entire exam. ... I will say that the questions were different on the NCLEX and much more vague than I expected. I got priority, delegation, 4 ekg, a few pharm questions ...Work on your test taking strategies and when you do NCLEX practice questions, don’t look at your percentage of your Q-bank scores. ... I’ve tested twice and got all 145 questions. That’s reassuring that getting all the question means you’ve been very close to passing. I go in tomorrow morning for my 3rd attempt and my anxiety is so high!.
