There are a few things you can do to help things along, like walking and staying hydrated.I was 2cm at 36 weeks, and 3cm at 38 weeks. Went into labor at 39 weeks on the nose. It was a very quick labor too- felt “off” the day before, went to bed, woke up at 7am and started having contractions soon after that, had my son at 10:15am. Hoping I am able to make it to the hospital in time for this one!.
